If God gave me a job,
I would wanna be the one
Who paints the clouds into special shapes
Beneath the burning sun.
If God gave me a present,
For two unicorns I'd ask.
They didn't get on to Noah's Ark,
But now I'd change the past.
If God gave me a power,
The power I'd request,
To understand all Earth's creatures
And do what they think's best.
If God gave me an element,
The one I would require
Would be water of the purest kind
To rain down for Nature's desire.
If God gave me some food,
The food I'd wish to taste
Would be the fruit of life
For all Earth's hunger,
And I'd ask for it post haste.
Our world is turning all the time,
Let's make a turn worthwhile,
For all our children
And our children's children,
Let's do it in some style.
